Angela rushed through our taxes, called my husband to say she left something out, when we returned they had filed our original and told us we needed to do an amendment, which the IRS is now telling us they didn't get. They almost refused to discount us for their terrible service, when my husband told them (he's a contractor) that he doesn't expect full payment if the job isn't done right, the father said, "Well, we respect your work ethic but that's not how we run things here." I wish we had taken our taxes to someone else after they messed up the first time, beware!
