I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, INCAPABLE and unwilling to listen to or help solve the problem. They are horrible business people who are uninterested in retaining customers or clearly in expanding their customer base. They clearly do not understand how much word of mouth and poor customer experiences can affect their business. Basically, this place is horrible. I was accused of lying, trying to steal from them, and trying to rip them off. All while being spoken to in a horribly degrading and abhorrent manner. I went in and asked for them to fix my gel manicure that had chipped after only 2 days. They offered to fix the one nail that had chipped but none of the other nails where you could see my actual nail on the end under the gel. They refused to offer me a refund or simply redo the whole manicure despite the fact that it looked like they hadn't even painted the tips of my nails. My manicure looked terrible and I just wanted to have them fix it since I had paid $35 for it and now it was chipping. Essentially, they accused me of chipping my own nail just so I could get a free manicure. They also said they can't redo it because it was too expensive. As if I could afford to pay another $35 within 2 days and not even be concerned about it. As if I have a money tree in the back and that $35 wasn't a lot of money for me. I also heard her tell the other nail tech that I had short nails and that was why it chipped. Why didn't anyone tell me that shorter nails are more prone to chipping? When I asked I was told that wasn't what happened. It just chipped. They couldn't predict it would do that. So when I confronted her about having just indicated that my nails chipped b/c they were pretty short she denied every saying it. I wasn't listening to what they were saying she said. I needed to stop talking and just listen for a minute. EXCUSE ME?!?! I also informed her that I found her rude and she'd been rude other times I had been in to other customers and therefore I would not be returning. She accused me of lying and demanded I give her examples for her to believe me. Again, I was aggressively berated for asking for a refund all in front of other customers because "those products are expensive and (I'd) already gotten a manicure before."
