My name is Mark Nelson. I own Service Pros Plumbing & Heating. And I love my job.
Having worked in the plumbing trade since 1984, Ive had the opportunity to work in every aspect of the plumbing industry, from commercial construction management to cleaning drains. After 31 years, Ive recognized that the thing I love most about my job is solving my customers problems and providing them with the best customer care and professional service possible.

Service Pros proudly offers our own premium line of water conditioning products; Simply Soft Water Quality Systems, including softeners, iron filters, reverse osmosis systems and more. With more than 25 years experience building, selling and servicing this equipment we have fine-tuned our product to be the best in the market. All of our units are custom built to meet the specific needs of our customers by a manufacturer right here in Minnesota. As the Owner of Service Pros I have been selling and installing water conditioning equipment since 1984 and currently have equipment installed as far away as Montana and Texas.
Service Pros not only sells and installs our own brand of water conditioning equipment but we also service most other brands.
