In 1985 Randy Hoffman Sr became the Vice President of Arvada Hardwood Floor Company where he oversaw all of the hardwood flooring operations for nearly 20 years. Over time, Randy Hoffman became recognized as a leader in the hardwood flooring industry by his customers and peers alike. This is also where Randy taught his three sons, Donnie, Randy, and Jeremy the business of installing and sanding hardwood floors.

Today, the Hoffman family’s legacy of installing and finishing great hardwood floors continues with Denver Dustless. Denver Dustless was established in 2002 by Jeremy Hoffman and Randy Hoffman Jr. after Arvada Hardwood Floor Company was sold to the Home Depot.
