Meadows Assisted Living

The Meadows Assisted Living Facility is a long-term care alternative for seniors who need more assistance than is available in a retirement community, but who do not require the extensive medical and nursing care provided in a nursing facility. Our assisted living facility is designed to be operated, staffed, and maintained to best meet the needs and desires of our residents. Security and independence, privacy and companionship, and physical and social well-being are the primary characteristics of our assisted living setting. With lower rates, but not less amenities and services, our residents will receive supervision, personal care assistance, and health services that emphasize their right to control their own lives. Services that are included with the Monthly Base Rent include (but are not limited to): Daily "I'm Okay" Checks, Monthly Vital Signs and Weight Assessment Check, and Full Cleaning of the Apartment Once Per Week. The Meadows Assisted Living is connected directly to Iowa Specialty Hospital for your convenience and peace of mind.
