Medical Arts Building

The Medical Arts Building has been transformed into an exciting new urban destination with upscale retail, commercial and Manhattan-style apartments conveniently located near downtown, the East End entertainment district and Park Avenue. The entire building infrastructure has been fitted with geo-thermal heat pumps that use the ambient temperature of the ground 240 feet below the surface to both heat and cool the building. This innovative system gives tenants their own thermostat and the ultimate in zone heating and cooling that's more than 40 percent more efficient than today's conventional heating and cooling equipment.
