B. Eli Fishpaw, owner of Lightfoot Design Build has been in the Construction industry for 38 years. I have appreciated the opportunity of satisfying the design goals for my clients for the past 15 years. I am still available for providing custom architectural design services to pursue my clients unique needs.

Increasingly, I have become motivated to achieve energy-efficient designs to prepare our community for increased cost and reduced availability of energy in the future. Also, energy-efficient designs reduce the carbon footprint, thereby providing a role model for future development that does not contribute to climate change. The construction of new buildings is a huge opportunity to reduce the energy needs and greenhouse gas emissions in the future.
