The Surgery Center at Virginia Physicians for Women

Located inside Virginia Physicians for Women's new Koger Center office, the Surgery Center at VPFW is used by all 30+ VPFW physicians for gynecologic procedures. (VPFW was voted best OB/GYN by RTD and Richmond dot com readers in 2021.) The new state-of-the-art facility allows our staff to provide the personalized experience our patients have come to expect from VPFW at a fraction of the cost of a hospital. Our team makes patients feel at ease before, during, and after their procedures.

Fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc., our facility is complete with state-of-the-art instruments and equipment, and our staff includes registered nurses, a licensed practical nurse, and a surgical technician.
