Our family has owned a second home in Incline Village since 1987. David Kempler Maintenance has provided home maintenance and management services for us for since 1999. David Kempler and his team are competent, dependable and trustworthy. They meet or exceed our expectations every time we call on them for the smallest maintenance item to repairs and home improvements. I arrived at our home in February, turned on the water supply and found broken pipes due to the recent extreme freeze. I thought was going to spend the night at the Hyatt. I called David Kempler, eplained the problem and asked him if he could come by on Sunday to fix the leaks. He offered to come to the house that Saturday afternoon to fix the frozen copper pipes. He arrived at 4PM with a smile and a handshake and worked until 6:30 PM to correct the problem. We wholeheartedly recommend David Kempler for all of your real estate maintenance and management needs.
