Colin Pears Construction (CPC) came into existence in 1999. After 24 years in the construction trades, CPC initially assisted Realtors with small-home repairs. The business evolved into a full-service general contracting company with a tailored focus on kitchen and bathroom remodels. With input from the client, CPC designs unique kitchens and bathrooms which best suit the individual needs of our clients.



CPC does residential remodels and additions, as well as commercial remodel (tenant improvements). We also do the full scope of landscaping on some of our projects.



The company prides itself on an efficient and clean work environment, with a concern for a quality finished project while protecting the client's property during the construction process.
