Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks!

Probably my worst experience with car sales is with this business.

First, their salesman are cronies. I went to test drive a truck in their used section and took it on 395--the 'first' salesman with me. That went OK. When we returned, I guess he signaled for assistance and another, aggressive salesman named Alan came up and started to totally hound me. He was continually antagonizing and pressured me to look at a newer truck.

It didn't stop there. Their manager, tall guy named Mark and wore sunglasses even though it was almost dark, came next. So I'm standing there with three salesman questioning and pressuring me to get a new Hemi Ram--something I told them I'm not commited to.

I walked off and they get upset (esp. Alan -- loud mouth, salesman type). Do yourself a huge favor. If you must get a Dodge at least take a look at Carson City first as this dealership has a working strategy down to pressure people. I DO NOT reccomend this business, in the least.

Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever!

I went to Reno Dodge after researching trucks on-line for months. Upon walking into the dealership, I was greeted by a very knowledgeable sales person. He took the time to show me several trucks in different colors, packages, etc. I test drove three of them and made my choice. The sales staff at Reno Dodge gave me a great deal on my truck and a fair price for my trade-in. The finance options they presented were better than what I was quoted at my bank. I would recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Selling wrecked cars

I bought a used car there and during a later inspection was told to look in the trunck under the caprpet and it was pointed out the car had been wrecked and repaired, i returned to the dealer to be told "Sorry" not their problem. I was treated very rudely and esetially told there was nothing they could do about it...selling me a wrecked car!

reno dodge,BAD place to buy a truck!

Beside the fact that they tried to sell me a wrecked truck for 22,000$ I ended up driving of the lot with a new dodge. Told that my financing was secured at a low rate of 12% LOL, I was called back the next week and told my new rate was 15.99 but not to worry. Several days later I was told to bring the truck back because they could not secure a lender(when I left the first time I was told I was locked in at 12%). Bottom line don't buy a truck here almost any other dodge dealer will give you a much better price. Also the salesmen are sleezy and the staff is rude!!!
