facilities are great, staffing could use some help
went for a month to try the facilities and get a feel for the staff to see if I would like to continue for a year. most people were very kind and polite, but the trainer I was given a recommendation for was rude and condecending, so much so that I did not renew for another month. Granted, I am no work-out fanatic, but I should have been able to speak to someone who understood that. Also, I was not able to set up the appointment with the trainer until 3 weeks into my one month membership...???
