Monument Health Custer Care Center

Residents at Monument Health Custer Care Center receive customized, high quality care from our dedicated physicians and caregivers and have access to meaningful living programs organized by our full time activities staff. Care Center is a licensed, 76-bed skilled-nursing environment where residents receive three well-balanced meals and snacks every day, prepared under the supervision of a registered dietician. Physicians visit the Care Center every week, and work very closely with nursing caregivers to provide the best possible experience for all residents. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy professionals are available to offer services at the Care Center through Monument Health Custer Hospital and Clinic and Monument Health Assisted Living.
