Can do the job

...and that's about it. Not the friendliest, or most articulate staff.

However, they did a large binding job quickly, late in the day, which is what matters most.

However, I looked at the bound books a few days later and some of the tape was coming off. That never happenned with the stuff I got bound at Kinkos or bound myself.
