I had a procedure here several years ago, one that I won't go into, that ran into major problems. I chose not to sue and now regret it. They had an outpatient surgery where they had interns performing without permission and then the interns had no idea of what was going on. In fact, the doctor turned to them and said did you watch the video on how to do this last night! They didn't have anesthetic in the syringes when they began operating it was excruciating!
