Mean and Negative office
I first came to this office several years ago when Dr. O'Brien was a PCP. He left to practice different medicine and I stayed with the office in hopes that I would find another Dr. I loved just as much. I've had really bad experience with both the office staff and with Dr. Watson. The staff are rude and impatient and Dr. Watson is just as rude and impatient. When I called in after finding out my mother died and was having anxiety attacks my Dr. made me wait three days to see him, was over 45 minutes late to see me that day even though I told the office I was getting a ride down there. Then he proceeded to belittle me for needing me to be seen sooner saying that I wasn't special and shouldn't be asking for special favors. I found a new Dr.

Uncaring and Rude
99% of the time I've had to deal with this office it has been a negative experience and that was mostly with Dr. Watson and the staff. Wait times are always a hour hour or more even after waiting day...

Great Experience!
I have been seeing Dr. Watson for many years and he is the only doctor I have seen that actually listens to me. He is very smart and has always figured what was wrong even before the specialists! I will admit I usually have to wait past my appointment time but that's because he is listening to everyone.
