Great Customer Service
This place is great. i can't believe how nice they were to me. they sat me down and pretty much told me everything i need to know. there was no hidden charges or anything. also i saved a bunch of money on my life insurance.

good car insurance agent
i have no idea how much i saved on my car insurance by using the service they provide.but i do know that i saved a lot of money. they update very fast. right after i got my diver license, i already can have some changes done. the same thing happened when i took the defensive driving class. i thnk that they are very effecient. thumb up

Not the lowest quote
Their quote was $1900/year higher than my current! The person I talked to was very nice. There was no delay in getting the quote. I wish they were cheaper.

horrible experience
I had to deal with several agents as I could never get transferred back to the first person i spoke to. Everyone I dealt with was rude and didn't seem to care about anything other than asking me for a damn credit card immediately. I was given a rate that was the lowest option only to find out other companies they quote were cheaper than the one they kept giving me. I thought the point was to help me find the lowest rate? I do not recommend dealing with this company. It was a bad experience from the start.

Quotes triple after they have been accepted and skanky sales staff
Not the lowest rate and really bad sales person experience. I filled out an online quote and they claimed to have the lowest. Instead of just processing the quote, they called me and said they needed to review everything. It was all the same verified info but now the quote was 3 times the amount. When I asked the hard questions to the sketchy sales rep, he hung up on me. I called his manager to let them know as I think it's important for businesses to be made aware of such employees. The good news is the supervisor did call me back and let me know if wasn't acceptable and they would handle it. I did appreciate the call back. The manager was very polite and so was the department handling the complaint. The name of the salesperson was cliff. Just in case you want to take your chances with this company you may want to make sure he isn't the one you talk with!

I have been trying to speak to someone in your high end home owners ins. dept,since11/22/10. I was told my info. would be transfered to an agent qualified to write high end home owners policies. No one every called back. I called back on 11/27/10 & explained I did not receive a return call. The rep. pulled up my info. on the existing hm. owners policy & stated he would personally walk my request over to your high end grp. It was given to Kevin Wealch in your Tenn office who made one attempt to contact me. I returned his call several times stressing time was of the essence. My present policy was due & I needed an insurance quote asap. To date I have not heard from from him. I called 11/30/10 & a rep. in your Calif.ofc. was trying to find someone to assist me. The point is should I get the impression you have so much high end business that you do not need any more commissions, because your agents appear to be apathetic? Why should you have to look for an agent to do business?
