This has to be the worst shop to bring your bike to get fixed. I brought my bike there to get new shocks and I had to pay for the parts up front before they even put it on the lift (should have known then this was going to be an issue). I Sri Ed the bike off on a Saturday and told them that I needed the bike back before Sunday of the following week because I had a run that I wanted to go on ( got it back in 11 days). So when the bike was finally done he told me the shocks are fixed but I had another issue, he told me my swing arm was bent. When I told him that he did it, he replied saying it was like that when I dropped it off. I brought the bike to a Harley dealership and had them look at the bike and they found that the shocks on the bike that shovelhaeds put on was not the correct shocks. The Harley dealership put on Harley shocks and it was done the same day and it cost me $456.00 + tax. Shovel heads charged me $950.00 for the new shocks that were the wrong ones and wanted to charge me for a new swing arm because he said mine was no good. He also told me that Harley does not make a replacement swing arm and that I needed to order a after market swing arm. I called 3 dealership and each one of them told me that yes they do make replacement swing arm. The moral to this story is DON\\\\\\\'T BRING YOUR BIKE TO SHOVELHEADS ON RT1 in North Attleboro mass to get fixed. The dealership told me that they have fixed 3 bikes from there in the last month. I AM ONLY PUTTING 1 STAR ON THIS RATING BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT EXCEPT IT UNLESS I DID. THEY S_CK.
