I love Howland Place Fitness
Howland Place Fitness Center is a great place to get in shape! You can try it out with a free 14 day pass and a free fitness assesment. The have awesome persona trainers, motivating group instructors, and friendly staff. There are 4 seperate rooms with top of the ine equiptment. At the front desk they serve great protein shakes, and the large aerobics studio is upstairs. They also have tanning packages and daycare.
