We hired the above photographer to cover our engagement photos and wedding photos.The package we bought includes: 8 hours of wedding day photography coverage, a large album, a companion album, engagement photos, portrait from engagement session and a CD of all images 6 months after completion of our order. When I came into the studio in the first week of July to submit our picture picks for our wedding album, (wedding was May 19, 2012), her and I were going over the timeline of when we would be getting our albums and our CD. At that time I asked if the engagement photos would be on the same cd or a separate CD and she stated we would not be getting those and that if we wanted those images, we could buy them individually. I referred her back to our contract and she stated that selling images separately is how she makes her money. I told her I expect her to uphold what she promises in the contract that SHE wrote. Today, October 15, 2012, my husband and I went to her studio to pick up our 'completed order'. When we got there she only had one album prepared. We were willing to have her mail us the second album. Today was to mark the 6 month countdown for our receipt of our CD which would be April 15, 2013. Before she would allow us to take the one album with us she told us to sign an additional release form. We were willing to sign that we received the one album, but she added in this release that our CD we were to receive in 6 months would contain only images from the wedding day. I stated to her that I did not agree with the wording of this release as it was different from our contract. She then stated to us that we couldn't take the album unless we signed that. So we left empty handed. We have paid her in full and it is now 5 months after our wedding and have no albums or images. We filed with BBB and her response was full of falsehoods! She has yet to respond to my response to her lies. It looks like we are on our way to court!
