Karen Elias. Property manager of Mid West Properties, Unique apartments for less, is completely unprofessional in every sense of the word. I would need 10 pages to list my complaints..My proof is in my photos and emails I've sent to her via email .manager@mid-westproperties.comI'd also be more then happy to post honest reviews about this company on every site on the net. I wish someone would have posted reviews as a warning, to save me from all the GRIEVE! I've rented the town houe on 102 West Shelbourne Dr. Unit12. For a year, it's absolutely beat up from the walls to the rug and everything else. I've emailed Karen Elias a number of times to fix things and she never got back to me. I finally called the town of Normal to report her. The next week we recieved a letter that said they changed management to Class Act Realty.I would never want anyone to deal with the crap MidWest properties pulled on me .
