I called this Insurance company one time to get a price on car Insurance, they were rude, saying they do not take new customers, I then ask if they carry house insurance and she told me very rudely

what a relief
I had my insurance for years with a nice local bunch, but they sold out to a bank and are horrible now. I called these folks looking to get back to some hometown attention. They saved me $600 on my house, so I called back on my cars. Saved me another hundred bucks. Not only that, they actually returned my call, and get this: no phone menus or dead end voice mail.

Love their little Lynn Haven office
A friend recommended I call Caressa, the manager, when State Farm dropped my home insurance. I've never really been a fan of insurance, but I may be changing my view. They were so nice, and so patient. The office is very cozy, and in just a few minutes, I walked out with a pretty good savings. I was happy enough that I have also moved my cars and my boat insurance there, even though the boat was a few bucks more. Overall I still saved a bunch and they're just so nice, but I've never been to their other offices so I can't speak to that.

Have insurance w Hutt (Bad choice)
Absolutely terrible and burdensome. When I called the insurance after my hot water heater burst and ruined my walls and heater/airconditioning unit, clothes, etc., after being a customer since 1987, an adjuster came out, seemed to be very interested in seeing everything repaired. This happened on Julyt 9th. In the meantime, I had renters there and nothing was fixed or even dealt with. They decided to leave after 3 days because of the heat (no airconditioning).The mildew from the water was extremely bad by end of Oct when I came back to see what had been done. It seemed no one would take responsiblity. Therefore, I proceeded to contact the retailers who had made bids for the insurance company, a which was a total farce!!!!! They informed me that I should be able to repair all damages for $800.00. I of course was pleased and would not have minded paying that amount for the repairs, but as the bids indicated in the beginning. It so far has costs me well over $5000.00.
