Whether a patient needs traditional therapy methods of therapeutic exercise, general conditioning, balance and gait training, or use of modalities for symptom control, or newer methods of visceral manipulation and osteopathic manual therapy approaches, we are here to assist the physician and patient in resolving the health problems.

We use scientifically-based manual approaches that add a whole new dimension to treatment. Using one or a combination of techniques including but not limited to: Strain & Counterstrain, Muscle Energy, Myofascial Release, Yoga, Therapeutic Exercise, & visceral manipulation, our therapists can help with most patient problems.

Physical Therapy approaches as mentioned combined with mild to moderate exercise and flexibility training, good diet and proper sleep can help overcome most problems.
