General Counsel and Secretary for First Trust Bank in Southern California.There, he maintained active litigation of over 200 cases, negotiated cash collateral agreements in Federal Bankruptcy Court, defended the Bank against all actions brought against it, assisted real estate development subsidiary and obtained prejudgment writs of attachment and possession in the liquidation of delinquent customer businesses.His experience providing legal representation to the Bank has provided him with a better oversight when handling financial matters for his clients
