Mr. Wilson is not new to being on the ground floor of a flourishing start-up investment rear estate firm. In 1987, he was the first agent at what went on to become one of the nation’s largest real estate firms. He was a partner since 1991 and their Coachella Valley expert while selling more than 50 different properties with a combined market value in excess $150,000,000.

Mr. Johnson started his real estate career in 1988. Mr. Johnson specializes in the sale, leasing and development of new and existing facilities for growing companies here in the Coachella Valley. His creative real estate development vision has produced numerous successful projects including the Desert Golf Business Park, Boulders West on the Parkway and The Spectrum at Shadow Hills.
