Don't trust their service department.
I always double check the work of mechanics. Most of the work that I was charged for was done - except all of my grease fittings never got greased. Next time I'll go to another dealership. Nothing burns me up more than paying for services that never get done!

Had no problem at the Service Center!
I have always taken my prius back to I-10 Toyota to get my recommended service every so often. I have neven had any problem whatsoever. The techs are super nice and explain everything in an easily understood manner....I dont know whats up with the other review about grease fittings?
