visit another Zaxby's
I no longer visit this Zaxbys. A few weeks ago when we went, we were ignored for several minutes at the counter. The cashiers were doing something with the register but never bothered to say a word like we'll be with you in a minute. I let that go at first. One of the cashiers finally said she would take our order at the other register. she walked to it and then walked away to help another employee with an order on one tray. I am now getting a bit upset. I finally told my daughter to figure out where else she wanted to eat because we would be leaving within a minute if they continued to ignore us. A manager had come to help with the other register problem and overheard me. She asked if we had been waited and I politely told her no. She finally told the cashier that had basically ignored us for almost 10 minutes to take our order. She acted as if she was doing us a favor. expensive and not nice
I went through the drive through at this restaurant and ordered a salad 2 drinks and a 5 pc fingers i ordered extra cheese on the salad and was charged fifteen dollars and something for this order. they charged me .25 for extra cheese but when i got the salad there was not hardly any on it. it was supposed to have been extra. then i sent my husband inside he ordered some more cheese. he told them to give him four of the containers that they charged .25 for. and they told him that since we had already purchased the salad and just wanted to order some more cheese it would be .50 for the cheese each. i had a problem with this and set off inside to speak to the manager. she was rude and told me that the cheese was extra cause we had already bought the salad now that just doesn't make any sense to me since i asked for extra anyway so we had some words then i left and wont return i would think that a manager would actually care what the customer was saying but she didn't she was just rude.About this listing: Information on this page may be sourced from business owners, public records, and trusted data partners. 2findlocal provides these details to help users discover local businesses and services.
