Care solutions was founded by Linda Tripp in 1994. In November of 2015, Anthony and Vickie Jacola became the owners when Linda Tripp retired. There are over 300 field employees who work with individuals in their homes. We have a licensed practical nurse and a registered nurse on staff who can assist with doctor’s appointments. We serve all over Northeast and North Central Louisiana. We provide the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment benefit. We accept community choices waivers, long-term care waivers, personal care assistant waiver, and the supported independent living waiver. We offer many services that can be helpful to individuals. We assist certain people with housing, finding housing, paying bills, which is part of the supported independent living program. We accept private pay long-term care insurance and we accept private pay insurance. We are open from 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday but we can provide care 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
