I wouldn't "ever" take another item to 21st Century Plastics. They ruined a brand new windshield by way of burn marks and scratches when we took it there to be reduced in size. They didn't even bother to smooth or polish the cut edge leaving it so rough you could actually cut yourself by running a finger along the edge! The "shoddy" workmanship was bad enough; but, the treatment we received from the owner was worse! She refused to acknowledge the damage to my windshield even as she was looking at it! And she has also refused to replace it. Currently, I am in the process of filing a Civil Suit against this company in order to recoup my loss. All I can say is - "Buyer Beware" if you choose to use this company!
