Reserved a cabin 7 hours from home, complained that the bathroom had pubic hair in the shower,the toilet was brown from rust, and floor was dirty. They said they would have it cleaned and that their cleaning lady was gone and they didn\'t ask the lady who cleaned it that day to clean the shower. To make a long story short, Joe Pietro kicked me and my grandchildren out and we had to sleep in my car that night. I am so angry. I am not a bad person, I was not snotty, I don\'t understand the extreme mistreatment.
