Dr. Alt is a multifaceted chiropractor and a holistic healthy care practitioner. His practice emphasizes the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disorders of the entire musculoskeletal system, but especially the spine. His chiropractic therapies are non-invasive, non-surgical and do not involve toxic medications. His main treatment involves manipulation of the spine ("an adjustment") or other extremity joints and soft tissue. Often times care also includes exercises and stretching along with healthy and nutrition counseling. All of these things together and in proportion, help patients achieve optimal balance and good heath.
