We are proud to say we have been serving the Milledgeville/Lake Sinclair area for more than 26 years. We provide a service for both the home owner who has a need to rent a property as well as the many people looking for a place to rent. We presently manage 205 properties which contain 338 units in total and 228 storage units. Our properties include single family dwellings, duplex apartments, apartment buildings and storage units. They are mostly located in the Milledgeville area as well as on Lake Sinclair.
