I've attempted the call Petland at 478-477-2795 for the past 4 hrs. I've let The phone ring over 20 times each call and the last call that was not Answered was 3 minutes and 46 seconds!!! I wanted to inquire about a dog purchas; however if They cannot simply answer their phone, imagine the problems I'd have if I needed them after the purchase. EXTREMELY poor customer service. What else do they Not do??????????? Ann Miller
