Covenant Family Medicine Clinic

We are devoted to caring for our patients with compassion and dignity, and seek to provide excellent and customized care for each patient's individual needs. Our family medicine providers as well as our nursing and office staff provide conscientious and attentive care for our patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.

We’re located on the Northwest corner of John Dupre Drive and College Avenue, near Covenant Health Hospital Levelland. It is normal for us to see new patients within a week, and many times, can provide you with same day care.
