In accordance to National established guidelines, a flexible endoscope is used to evaluate the colon for the presence of polyps or cancer. Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) is an endoscopic technique that allows the addition of ultrasound technology to look beyond the limits of routine endoscopy to include evaluation of the organs adjacent to the GI tract.
