If you have children, then stay away from here. The owners are always complaining about children playing. They do not want them playing on the grass, the driveways, or in the circle. The apartments are good but the management can be a pain sometimes. They are constantly coming up with more and more stupid rules. They recently told a new tenant they have blinds up so they could not put up curtains. They told another one that her children were not allowed to visit the other apartments. Their grandmother lives in one of the other buildings, and their friends in another. They went as far as putting an no trespassing sing up on the building that their friends live in. Not all of the buildings just that one. They are VERY kid unfriendly.
