KORT Crestwood is a 3,500 square foot outpatient physical therapy clinic located across the street from South Oldham High School in Crestwood. We treat a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related injuries, including auto accidents and workers’ compensation injuries. Our therapists have advanced clinical training in treatment of orthopedic conditions and manual therapy techniques.
