Don't bother showing up at this "immediate" care center. Once you sign in, they completely forget about you. I sat there with my sick daughter for more than an hour, and when people who came in after us got sent in to see the doctor, I asked why we hadn't seen him yet. They accused me of never signing in! I saw them take the adhesive strip off the sign in page, they asked if we had been there since July, they actually interacted with us, yet still forgot about us, and said it was our fault! They never even apologized for their incredibly poor service. Go to Baptist or Jewish immediate care centers instead. At least they don't forget about their sick patients!
