We are selling our home and the buyers chose to use Rick as their inspector. He showed up almost an hour early his first trip out so I had to rearrange my schedule to get out of the house for him. Apparently he didn't get a good enough look at our windows the first trip, so he scheduled another. Then the day before the inspection was due he tells us that he wasn't able to get in to the attic on his first two trips, because the access was screwed into the ceiling of a closet. He made us take down the shelving in our closet and open the access panel for him. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone.
