Dishonest and not a company of their word! I paid for a product and service that resulted in months of failed attempts to correct less than quality work and installation. You are told one thing to your face and then it will take weeks to have a phone call returned, and to no surprise told something different. I was passesd along to several people because the owner did not want to stand behind his word and deal with issues at hand. My child was injured because of his shabby work and that still didn't seem to matter. I still have unfinished work, bad installation, and no resolution. At all cost stay clear of this company in order to avoid what I have had to go through. Although he came to me as a referral and a man of his word and assured me that he would do what was right, he proved to me that he is nothing but the opposite!
