I'm currently trying to find info on who to file a complaint on when filling with the Better Business Bureau about a rebate Valvoline put out and then on very loose grounds at this point seems to be denying the rebate by sending it up for review long after the 8 weeks it was claimed it would take to get the rebate. I would be very leery of a company that puts out a rebate then hides behind a website with only one phone number and absolutely no email or any other way to contact them when a rebate representative stops a rebate on what, in my opinion, is ridiculous terms. It's my opinion that if a company's rebate is no good then their product is no good. Does anyone know who Valvoline's rebate house is so that I may file my complaint as soon as possible? To Valvoline, I think the fact that you have a rebate website set up with only one phone number that seems to be connected to only one employee and absolutely no other contact information what so ever doesn't say a lot about any good intentions on your behalf. So far, I think its an understatement to say I'm very dissatisfied with this company at the present. And if you think this review isn't so good then wait until you see the letter that I have typed up to file with the Better Business Bureau. PS You only got the one star because I was forced to click at least one star before this would post.
