Horrible pharmacy! Cannot get prescriptions right, pharmacy staff is generally unhelpful and rude. I called to speak with a manager 6/25/16 and the individual who answered the phone informed me that the manager was not there. When I asked him when the manager would be available, he responded that he did not know. I am forced to use CVS due to my employer, so I must stay with them. I guess I will transfer our prescriptions to a CVS in Lexington, and hope we can find one that can be somewhat professional! I absolutely would not recommend The Winchester CVS to anyone!!
