Who is in charge?
I brought my dog there because he was in awful pain. They x-rayed him and he had spinal damage so we put him down because surgery could not fix it. They promised us they would take his body to a place to be cremated so we paid for it....

This is the best vet I have ever been to. They are friendly and very helpful. We found a Lab that had a rare problem.
