MSU Health Care

MSU HealthTeam is the multi-specialty medical practice of Michigan State University, with approximately 260 physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Our providers are university researchers and academic professors, spanning 25 adult and pediatric specialties. Our commitment to education allows our providers to teach future medical professionals and participate in research. Our large clinical practice connects you to the latest medical advancements, including opportunities to participate in clinical trials.
Our providers practice at office locations throughout the greater Lansing area, and serve patients from Mid-Michigan, and beyond. The largest clinical practice location, the MSU Clinical Center, on the MSU campus offers multiple primary and specialty services, as well as a pharmacy, laboratory and radiology. Our providers also treat patients at McLaren Greater Lansing and Sparrow Hospitals, and several outlying community hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and Ingham County Health Department clinics.
MSU HealthTeam has a significant primary care practice, consisting of pediatrics, family medicine, and internal medicine. All of our primary care offices provide comprehensive care and focus on keeping you well, through a patient-centered approach.
MSU HealthTeam’s diagnostics are conveniently located within a modern, free-standing facility on campus, as well as other locations in the community We are able to provide patients with the latest technological imaging modalities, including Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT), and Positron Emission Tomography (PET-CT) We also have full general diagnostic imaging capabilities with digital mammography, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, bone density scanning through dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DXA) and interventional services.
The state-of-the-art Women’s Imaging Center is dedicated to women’s health. Mammography, biopsies, DXA and ultrasound are all located on the sixth floor of the Hannah Technical and Research Center just across from campus on Hagadorn Road.
