Periodontal Associates of Lafayette offers excellence in periodontal and implant care to our wonderful community. Our services include LANAP Laser Periodontal, dental implants, cosmetic periodontal surgery, gum grafting, crown lengthening, and more. Our doctors can correct periodontal (gum) disease using a wide variety of tools. Our office has been caring for patients’ periodontal needs in the Lafayette area since 1975 when Dr. David Alexander started the practice. In 1995 Dr. Reef joined the practice and Periodontal Associates of Lafayette was born. Dr. Alexander retired in June 2017. Dr. Villanueva joined the practice in June of 2019. We continue to provide quality care to patients with periodontal problems in Lafayette and the surrounding area.
