Forgotten that its the people they help
I was a patient in cardiology under the Sigma Medical Group. EVERY time I received a bill it was always noted as being 90 days delinquent even though it was the first time that I was seeing the bill. Just recently I moved and by the time I received my bill, the Sigma Medical Group had given my name to a debt collector. They never once called to notify me that this was going to happen. If they had called I would have been able to tell them that I had no idea a bill was due. I have lost ALL respect for this group.
