A & J Management is a locally owned and managed company which has had rentals in the Menomonie area for over 30 years. Some of our complexes are within walking distance to the University of Wisconsin- Stout campus and ideal for student housing. Our townhomes and single family homes are located close to the north Menomonie shopping area and I-94.
