Heritage Court Memory Care

Our Heritage Memory Care community offers compassionate, individualized memory care 24 hours a day, in addition to personalized nutrition and wellness programs and medication monitoring. Heritage Court’s uncomplicated building design allows residents to freely stroll throughout a safe and secure environment without encountering dead-ends, while our garden courtyard provides a safe, secure area to relax. Heritage Court Eau Claire offers furnished and unfurnished suites. We encourage residents to decorate with personal items to maintain a homey feel and aid with memory and recognition. We also provide a coordinated calendar of activities developed specifically to enrich and enhance residents’ lives and to help them engage with the world.
