Investment and Retirement Services Group, IRSG, is based in Knoxville, TN, and provides financial services, including financial advising and planning, investment services, wealth management, and insurance. The firm was established in 2001 by Jon Bednar, who also serves as the LPL Financial Advisor and Senior Vice President. In 2003 Todd Birdwell joined as a third Partner, and in 2009 and 2010 respectively, Jim Ferrell and Jonathan P. Bednar, II also joined. Investment and Retirement Services Group works with LPL Financial, which does not offer any proprietary investment products, allowing the advisors at IRSG to pursue our client’s needs with suitable investment products tailored to each clients individual needs.
