Paul Hensley is very laid back and has no passion for his job. He does not care if he wins, he still gets paid. He is more concerned on keeping the judges happy then fighting for his clients. He was completely unprepared for my cases, cuts deals that benefit him more than me, let my sister and I sit at the court house for 5 hours one morning and never showed, he will not produce any detail billing and you will see why; very shady to say the least. The courts assigned the wrong child to my case and no one caught it until it got to me. I am worse off now with his direction and "professional opinion" and tens of thousands of dollars in debt. He never cross examined me or anyone else on the stand and never called my witnesses and lead me down a path I my never recover from. When asked why he stated, "the Judge had somewhere to be, and she was getting upset the case was taking so long" Mostly, he took away my chance to sue the city (for being wrongly accused) and my ex wife for damages and falsifying police reports. Once I confronted him on this, he withdrew as my attorney with not so much as a heads up. Stay away from this guy. NOT worth $350 an Hour!
